Matt Gardner is the eighth executive director to serve the North Dakota League of Cities. He is a member of the board of directors of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund and serves on the advisory council for the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute. As the state’s municipal league director, he represents North Dakota’s 357 incorporated cities.
