The Rocky Mountain ADA Center (RMADAC) provides information, guidance, and training on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) tailored to meet the needs of individuals and organizations in the Rocky Mountain region, which includes Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. Through these efforts, RMADAC helps individuals, institutions, government agencies, and businesses understand their rights and responsibilities under the ADA and supports full implementation of the ADA.  RMADAC is a member of the ADA National Network and is actively involved with national projects.  We invite you to contact us with any assistance you may need concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act and let our staff help you get the information, guidance or training you need.

The RMADAC is operated by Meeting the Challenge, Inc, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Meeting the Challenge is an accessibility compliance consulting firm that serves individuals and organizations with rights and responsibilities for compliance with federal disability rights laws.
