Is any further publication required after a zoning change is approved?

Upon the establishment of any zoning regulation, restriction, or boundary or of any changes or amendments to zoning regulations, restrictions, or boundaries, the city governing body shall file a certified copy with the city auditor and shall cause notice to be published in the official newspaper. The notice must describe the nature, scope, and purpose of the regulation, restriction, or boundary, and must state the times at which it will be available to the public for inspection and copying at the office of the city auditor.
